Shipping Window Promise

*Business days are Monday - Friday and exclude holidays and any planned warehouse closures.

Orders $1000.00 and under
Orders for in stock product often ship within 3 business days but we promise to ship the order by the 5th business day.

Orders over $1000.00 and up to $5000.00 (excluding program and distributor orders)
Orders for in stock product often ship within 6 business days but we promise to ship the order by the 10th business day.

Siskiyou stands by our promises and if for any reason we are unable to meet these windows we will credit you 50% of your shipping costs to be used toward your next order!

During the busy 4th Quarter we may experience longer ship times. We will always strive to meet our promised windows but please be prepared for an extra 1-2 business days for order processing during this busy season.

Any changes to the order must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. Additions to the order after the first 24 hours will require a new order to be created and will be subject to our order minimums.

Orders or items cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order can be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)
Siskiyou has been diligently working to streamline all of our processes to be able to provide our customers faster service while keeping our prices low. As part of this continuing growth we have decided to introduce minimum order quantities for our lower priced items. This will allow us to speed up our order fulfillment and production processes. We will be able to deliver your orders with more speed and accuracy. These MOQ's will remain much lower than industry standards to continue to allow our customers to have more flexibility to try out new products.
All items will require a minimum 3 piece minimum order with the exception of these items, which will continue to only have a 1-piece MOQ:

How do I buy your products?

Siskiyou Gifts is strictly a wholesale company and does not sell to the general public. If your company is interested in purchasing our products please go to our new accounts page. A Siskiyou representative will contact you promptly and help you establish a business account.

What is your return policy?

Siskiyou Gifts stands behind the quality of our product line and will happily accept returns for any manufacturer defect within the times designated below (some exceptions may apply and special situations are considered). To return products all you need to do is contact our customer service department, 800-866-7475, and request a RMA number.  Please note returns cannot be processed without an RMA number.

  • Manufacture defect = This is when an item has visible defects or is damaged upon receipt to your receiving departments. Most of our products are packaged in clear containers so that you can see any defects or damage to the product before the items are placed for retail sale at your locations. 
  • All returns must be packaged so that no additional damage will occur on the return to our warehouse
  • All items must be in the original packaging
  • We have a 90 day manufacture defect return policy for automotive items only 
  • All other items that we have a

 30 day manufacture defect return policy with the exception of buckles which is 6 months.

What is your minimum order?

We require that all wholesale orders be a minimum of $300.00. Drop ship orders have no minimum but are subject to a handling fee. You must have a drop ship account to place an order under $300.00.

What are you payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Net Terms (pending credit approval) and COD.

How do I find out if an item is in stock?

The item details page will tell you if the item is in stock or out of stock. Please call or email customer service for specific inventory level questions.

Important Drop Ship Shipping Method Update:

Siskiyou Shipping: Siskiyou Gifts defaults all drop ship orders to Fed Ex Ground unless otherwise indicated on the order. We do this because Fed Ex ground provides the most cost effective shipping that includes tracking and guaranteed delivery. We choose this option to protect your shipment.

Postal Shipment: Postal shipments are not guaranteed for time and or delivery. Siskiyou strongly suggests that you do not use USPS for drop ship orders because of this issue. If you choose to use USPS for your drop ship orders you will be assuming order liability. Siskiyou Gifts will not refund orders shipped USPS based on unverifiable non-delivery. Order replacements will be charged the full amount of the product and additional shipping costs.
