We have streamlined our order fulfillment processing and can now offer guaranteed shipping windows on all orders under $5,000!
- Orders under $1000.00 will be guaranteed to ship in 5 business days, and will often ship in 3 days.
- Orders over $1000.00 up to $5,000.00, excluding program and distributor orders, will be guaranteed to ship within 10 business days. These orders will often ship sooner, typically within 6 business days.
To qualify for the guarantee, the order must be submitted in one of the following ways:
- Build you order online. If you need to set up online access just contact your sales representative or customer service.
- Fill out a standard Excel form. We have several prebuilt forms available to make ordering a breeze. You can use your own form as long as the item number and item quantity are in corresponding columns.
- Send in Siskiyou's CSV order form. You can request the form from your sales representative or customer service.
- Call in your order.
These ordering methods ensure the highest level of accuracy and can be processed immediately which allows us to offer the guarantee. If you submit your order in another fashion it may add up to 5 days to your processing time.
