What is my buckle worth?

We do not keep records on the collectible value of our products. Buckles retail for approximately $15-$25.

What should I do with my broken buckle?
|
|
Our buckles are all guaranteed for manufacturing defects. Please send the defective buckle back to us at 3551 Avion Drive, Medford, OR 97504. Make sure to include your name, address, phone number, and a possible alternate buckle from our website. We will issue a replacement for this item within four weeks of receipt. If we no longer carry your buckle we will send the alternate you have chosen. Please note that most commemorative or limited edition pieces cannot be replaced with the exact item.

How can I buy your products?

We are a wholesale company and do not sell to the general public. If your company is interested in obtaining our catalog please call us at 800-866-7475 for further information. Our catalogs are $5 each. This is payable by Visa, MasterCard, Check or Money Order. The $5 is credited toward your first wholesale order.

Why aren't there any prices on your site?

Prices are available to dealers with a valid login. Both current and new customers ready to place an initial order can be set up in 2-5 working days. Please have the following information ready and call, fax or email:
Account number (existing customers only); Password (four or more letters, numbers or a combination); and
e-mail address. We can also fax or mail you a price list.

How do you ship?

We ship via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested by a customer.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. We also offer Net 30 (pending credit approval) and COD.

Can I check to see if an item is in stock?

We are not currently equipped for our customers to check inventory. The best way to find out is to ask when you place your order. Generally, inventory shortages do not occur but can happen during the holiday season. We encourage customers to order early to maximize the chances of getting items in stock.

When will my item be in?

Our inventory changes all the time. We receive shipments on a weekly basis and make every effort to fill orders in a timely fashion. If you have a question on a specific item, please call us and we will research the status of your order.

What quantities do I have to purchase per item?

We do not have piece minimums for our products.

Our minimum order for regular wholesale customers is $200.

Our website is always being updated. We currently offer more than 4000 items online! If you don't see the item you are looking for, call, fax or email in a request for a "Sports Order Form". This will show you our most up to date product listing. If you still don't find what you want let us know and we will put you in touch with your salesperson.
