Welcome to the Drop-Ship program at Siskiyou Gifts. We look forward to doing business with you, and would like to take this opportunity to explain a little more about the program. There are several requirements for our Drop-Ship customers.
First, you must operate a valid independent website to participate in our dropship program. Unfortunately, Ebay and Ebay like stores do not qualify as independent sites because they have to conform to shipping guarantees we do not offer. Second, you must be set up with a Siskyou Web Account, and orders must be placed online only. No fax or phone orders will be accepted for the Drop-Shipment Program. Fill out the form below to set up a Siskiyou Web Account login ID and password, after receipt of a completed form your account login and password will be emailed to you. Third, unless terms have been established with Siskiyou, all orders must be paid by credit card. We must have at least one current credit card on file. We will accept only our customer's credit card. Please keep us updated with any changes to the card number(s) that we have on file for you. If you are using multiple credit cards, it is important that you advise us which card to use for the day's orders. Without this instruction we will automatically charge the day's order to the first card we have on file. Fourth, the minimum annual requirement is $2,500.00, the minimum order requirement is $9.00, and there is a $3.00 handling fee per order. Should a customer place an order under the $9.00 minimum we will process the order with an additional $5.00 handling fee. Additionally, actual freight will be charged at the time of invoicing. Finally, the purchase order number MUST be either a specific PO number assigned by your company, or if you do not assign PO numbers, then you MUST enter the First and Last Name of the ship to customer in the PO line. This is we can access the order quickly should you need to contact customer service for status checks.
Please note, Dropship orders will be shipped out in the order they are received, shipping options reflect shipping time not handling time. For instance, requested overnight shipping means we will use that service to ship the item not that it will arrive overnight. If you are a current customer and you still plan to have regular orders shipped directly to you, we must have a different account set up for Drop-Shipping. If you do not plan to have product shipped directly to your address anymore, we can set you up with a web account and use the same account number by changing all the information to reflect that you are a Drop-Ship customer only.
